What are they thinking??!!
Excellent hot water shower and good location. Breakfast boring, but adequate.
Don't understand the mentality of being given a room with NO WIFI access even though I specifically requested a room with excellent WIFI access! Similarly, I requested a double/queen bed but received 2 twin beds!! Was offered another room for my 2nd night, but wasn't in the mood to pack everything up to move for 1 night. Que ridiculo!! How can they possibly think I'll return or recommend others stay here?!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and organized. It’s very close the main sights of the city. Good value for money. It’s really worth it!
The breakfast is a bit poor and they charge USD 6 per person for it.

Internet was too slow and it was not possible to do FaceTime...
Internet was too slow and it was not possible to do FaceTime calls. Cold water was not working reliably. Not all stuff speaks English For a 4 star hotel this is unforgivable. If the hotel would have no stars all would habe been 8 points rating. For a 4 star hotel it can not be that they have water and internet problems
